Refund Policy

1. The rule

Manual day and month licenses are non-refundable once activated — the key is delivered and usable the instant payment succeeds, so there is nothing to return. There is no auto-renewal and therefore no cancellation flow: you simply stop buying.

2. Always refunded

• Failed or duplicate charges — if money left your account and no working key or item resulted, you get it back in full.
• Unactivated keys — bought a key and never activated it on any device? Full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Store items — themes, accents, and other items land on your account instantly, so the same rule applies: failed charges are always refunded; delivered items are not, except at our discretion for genuine mistakes (ask within 7 days).

3. How to ask

Email khannatejas989@gmail.com with your payment ID (from your receipt — Razorpay, PayPal, or YooKassa) and the license key if you have it. Approved refunds go back through the same processor to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Chargebacks

File a chargeback and the associated keys are revoked immediately while the dispute runs. Talk to us first — genuine mistakes are refunded faster than banks move.
